Shipping policy

Order Items: Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be shipped after purchase. Your order will be shipped out as soon as possible.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid custom fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to receive your lost package.
